89 WLS Radio is looking for a Full-Time News Anchor/Show Contributor. Must be able to write, produce and deliver news and/or traffic reports multiple times each hour. Successful applicant must have a minimum of 3-years major market news/traffic reporting/anchoring experience. Must have broad news knowledge and voracious interest in the news, possess good news judgment, be adept at both reading from a script and ad-libbing, and have extensive knowledge of Chicago/Chicagoland area. Experience with Newsboss system and ability to interact with program hosts required. Reporting experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in communication or mjournalism preferred. Resumes only.
