Happy Birthday to solo artist and Go-Go’s lead singer, Belinda Carlisle!  The singer-songwriter turns 59 today.  From what is considered to be one of the most successful all-female bands of all time to a successful solo career with classic hits like, “Mad About You,” and, “Heaven Is A Place On Earth,” the artist continues to tour today.

Next month, Carlisle will be releasing her eighth solo album titled, “Wilder Shores,” which will be a collection of Buddhist Chants (and likely sound nothing like, “We Got The Beat.”
