Classic Hits singer and actor, Rick Springfield will be crashing the 80’s-based sitcom, The Goldbergs, in the upcoming season.  Springfield’s first big acting gig was in a starring role in General Hospital.  He has since appeared in popular shows such as Super Natural, American Horror Story, Lucifer and True Detective.

Being the creator of several hits from that decade, he’ll fit right in with the family from the 80’s.  The Goldbergs episode guest-starring Rick Springfield airs Wednesday, September 26th on ABC.  Check local listings.
