How else are you supposed to get a book into astronauts’ hands?  Libertyville author, Suzanne Slade, will see her children’s book, Astronaut Annie, break through the stratosphere on its way to the International Space Station.  As part of the program, “Story Time from Space,” Slade’s book will be read by an astronaut on the space station in a video for children to view back on Earth.  The book is one of only about 20 to receive this honor.  Safe travels, Astronaut Annie!
