Navy Pier won’t be the only place downtown showing off with fireworks this New Year’s Eve. The city will be launching fireworks along the Chicago River at midnight. According to the Chicago Tribune, the show will span the distance of nearly a mile. You can check out locations to view these fireworks in the link below or catch them tonight on NBC 5.
