IHOP changed it name to IHOb last year to promote its burger offerings, and it did not go over well with the public. Now the chain seems to be gearing up to once again change their name– this time to IHOp (with a lowercase “p.”) The posted a cryptic tweet about the change– noting we’ll find out what it means Monday (June 3rd.)
