KFC sees the value in developing a vegan option, and is debuting a plant-based sandwich at its stores at the U.K. later this month. The faux-chicken offering is called “The Imposter,” and will feature a vegan chicken fillet from fake-meat brand Quron, coated in KFC’s unique 11 herbs and spices, along with vegan mayo and iceberg lettuce on a seeded bun.
