Don’t you wish the rest of the country could know how good Chicago food is? Well, Portillo’s is making an effort through their own “Beef Bus.” The Beef Bus will travel the country to destinations and sell food from the Chicago staple. Where it stops… that’s up to voters. Fans can head to the Portillo’s website and let it be known that they want the Beef Bus to stop in their town.
