St. Patrick’s Day: The Chicago River turns green, green shamrock shakes return and now even Krispy Kreme is getting in on the holiday spirit. The doughnut chain will be turning all their donuts green from March 14th through March 17th. You’ll see green frosting, sprinkles and other ways the festive color will make it’s way onto the fried dough treats.
And, if you’re lucky, you may even score a special pot of gold doughnut! Very few will get their hands on one of those (hey, just like a Leprechaun’s pots of gold!)
