Def Leppard will release its 2019 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction performance this August 24th on Record Store Day. Blabbbermouth reported only 4,000 copies of the vinyl EP will be made available. The new EP will feature the band’s four song set — along with the all-star joint rendition of Mott The Hoople‘s David Bowie-written classic, “All The Young Dudes,” which featured Mott’s Ian Hunter, Brian May — who inducted Def Leppard, Steve Van Zandt, Rod Argent from the Zombies, and Susanna Hoffs from the Bangles.

Leppard was finally inducted on March 29th, 2019 at Brooklyn, New York’s Barclays Center at the 34th annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction. The band had all but given up hope of ever being inducted after being passed over 14 straight years.
