Arguably the best movie Batman, Michael Keaton is in talks to play Bruce Wayne in the upcoming, “Flash,” movie, starring Ezra Miller. It’s not clear if he’ll suit up as Batman, but there’s talk that he could appear in several DC Comics movies as Bruce Wayne, acting as sort of a mentor or guide to the superheroes, like Sam Jackson‘s Nick Fury in the Marvel movies.
The “Flash” movie is expected to include time travel and multiple universes which would explain how Keaton’s Bruce Wayne can exist at the same time that Robert Pattinson kicks off a new, “Batman,” franchise.
Keaton played Batman twice, in Tim Burton’s 1989 classic, “Batman,” and it’s sequel, “Batman Returns.” Hopefully we’ll all get to hear him say, “I’m Batman,” again!
