Good news: you can cross the boarder and get yourself some cheese from the Mars Cheese Castle without having to quarantine for two weeks when you get back! The City of Chicago has officially removed Wisconsin from the list of states you must quarantine yourself after visiting.
These states are where COVID-cases are on the rise in and currently include Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Puerto Rico is also on that list. Those who don’t quarantine for 14 days after visiting one of these states could face fines of $100 to $500 for each day not spent in isolation with a max of $7000.
Joining Wisconsin in the green is Nebraska. So, road trips aren’t out of the question right now…
