IHOP launched new “IHOPPY” Happy Hour deals yesterday, September 28th. The chain ‘s value menu features popular entrees, sides and apps for $5 or less. And unlike most happy hours, the deals are available for takeout and delivery. IHOPPY Happy Hour is available from 2PM through 10PM at most locations across the country.
