The Chicago Travel Order is constantly changing and now includes a state I NEVER thought I’d hear added to the list. The order essentially requires travelers to quarantine for 14 days after visiting states with coronavirus case numbers that rise above a particular amount. Indiana has just been added to this list of states while Georgia and Texas has been removed…
Then, the last state I would have ever even thought about was added to the Chicago Travel Order… ALASKA!! Apparently, Alaska is seeing COVID numbers that are unsettling to the city and the state on the other side of Canada now requires a 14 day quarantine after visit. Alaska is a popular place for vacation, so maybe 2 weeks there and 2 weeks isolated at home wouldn’t be the worst thing ever. I know I need a detox after a long trip!
