Zoom is going to give you unlimited time with your family this holiday season. The video-conferencing service will lift its 40-minute time-limit for video calls over Christmas.
The limit has also been lifted for Hanukkah, and will be lifted now through Saturday, December 19th.
It will then be lifted again for Christmas beginning Wednesday, December 23rd through Saturday, December 26th. The service has also confirmed the 40-minute limit will be lifted between December 30th and January 2nd, 2021 for New Year’s.
The time limits will be lifted automatically—no app updates required.
