Tonight, the city of Chicago is holding a lights-out, moment of silence for victims of COVID-19 at 6PM. For 10 minutes, the lights are going out in city buildings and also at Navy Pier.
The city is asking Chicagoans turn off their lights and step outside for those 10 minutes with a candle-in-hand to honor those we lost to the pandemic.
