Naperville residents got some great news from their local school district. School District 203 had a surplus of over $14 MILLION this year and have decided to give $10 million of it right back to the taxpayers.

The Daily Herald reports that a homeowner whose house values at $400,000 is expected to have $275 and $300 of their property taxes refunded.
