WalletHub.com just released its annual list ranking the states from the most to least SINFUL.
For the study, they use lots of different statistics to represent the seven deadly sins. For instance, the sin of jealousy is represented by things like thefts and fraud. Greed is based on things like casinos and charity rates… You get the picture.
And based on all that, the most sinful state in the country is . . . Nevada. Which markets itself that way, so it looks like they nailed it. Not far behind in the number 9 spot is Illinois!
The 10 most sinful states are:

South Carolina
Illinois
Mississippi.
And the 10 least sinful are:
Wyoming
Idaho
Vermont
Utah
