Indoor dining allowance going up to 40% capacity

Getting a seat at your favorite restaurant or bar just got easier!  Effective immediately, bars an restaurants are allowed to permit customer up to 40% capacity or 50 people.   This comes after the City of Chicago went three days straight without less than 400 new COVID-19 cases each day.

The state has allowed the city go Chicago to go without limits since January but the city has chosen to hold onto the 25% capacity or 25 people rule despite the change.  Hopefully we reach no limits by summer!
