A recent study that surveyed 1,540 adults between the ages of 18 and 65 to find the best type of music for reducing stress.  And, SURPRISE, it’s ’80s pop jams!!

In the study, 96% of participants experienced a drop in blood pressure while listening to ’80s music and 36% even noticed that it lowered their heart rates.  For the test, they used music like Blondie’s “Call Me,” Pet Shop Boys’ “It’s a Sin,” and  Wham!’s “Freedom.

What reduced stress the least?  TECHNO!  So this is Dr. Erin prescribing you a steady diet of ’80s pop and a suggesting you drop your techno tunes…
