Former Chicago Bears defensive tackle turned WWF/WCW pro-wrestler, Steve ‘Mongo’ McMichael is in a serious bout with ALS right now.  He was diagnosed in January.  There’s a GoFundMe up now to help with the cost of Mongo’s medical care.  The GoFundMe has already raised over $200,000!

Over the weekend, a fundraiser was held for the retired athlete’s ALS treatment.  Participants paid $20.00 for admission to the event that included drinks and live music.  According to WGN TV, the fundraiser had a turnout of hundreds.
