Illinois Rock and Roll Museum on Route 66 holding inaugural induction ceremony this month

Illinois is getting its own Rock and Roll Museum in Joliet and the museum is hosting an inaugural induction ceremony later this month.

On August 31st, the all new Rock and Roll Museum on Route 66 will induct several local music legends.  The event will feature music performances and of course, the museum’s very first induction ceremony.

Inductees include Cheap Trick, Chicago, REO Speedwagon, The Ides of MarchBuddy Guy, Muddy Waters, The Buckinghams and even radio DJ’s Dick Biondi Larry Lujack and our sister station, WLS – AM Radio.
