Somewhere there may be a bunch of too-inappropriate-for-Disney outtakes of Gilbert Gottfried playing Iago the scarlet macaw.

The legendary comedian passed away this month and Uproxx reminds us that in a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything), Gottfried said, “The makers of Aladdin were very open to have me improvise. They gave me a lot of freedom but often they would have to stop and go, “Gilbert, this is a family film.”

Disney filmed and (obviously) recorded their actors’ performances in the studio. This means it’s very possible a recording of Gottfried’s most outrageous not-safe-for-kids outtakes and we want to hear them!
