Who would ever have thought the TSA wouldn’t let you just board a plane if you were carrying a MEAT CLEAVER and several blades in your baggage?!
Okay, most of us would have likely known that already, but one traveler out of O’Hare International Airport needed to be reminded of this…
All of the items in the bin came from a single @fly2ohare passenger coming through the @TSA checkpoint this week. Sharp objects, including meat cleavers, are not allowed in your carry-on bag & should be sheathed or securely wrapped in checked baggage. #PackSmart pic.twitter.com/favfZQwOyL

As the TSA’s tweet details, those blades are not joining you on your plane in a carry-on bag. They must be secured and kept in your checked luggage. This reminder is obviously intended for Jason Vorhees, Michael Meyers, and The Muppets’ Swedish Chef.
