This is too weird for Chicago…
If you aren’t a fan of snakes, don’t worry: this is happening on a road in southern Illinois.

Forest Road #345 in the Shawnee National Forest has been closed to vehicles for two months as a massive snake migration makes its way to the other side. Yes, this stretch of street becomes snake road for both venomous and nonvenomous snakes. The road is closed until October 30th.
The migration will include venom-filled species Northern Cottonmouth, Copperhead, and Timber Rattlesnakes.
