Maybe he just wanted to go back to jail?..

Marvin Floyd, who was on parole for bringing a handgun onto a Grand Red Line platform, was arrested again for bringing a loaded gun onto the Red Line over the weekend.
Floyd had spent 9 months of a 30-month sentence in prison when he was released on parole. He was at the Sox-35th station when he was asked to stop smoking and drinking by a CTA security officer. Officials say Floyd threatened that officer with a loaded weapon.
When arrested, Floyd was sleeping in an inbound train car. He had a ghost gun on his person.
