Dish Network is currently taking applications to pay someone $1,300 to watch 13 Stephen King movies by Halloween. You can find out more at USDish.com.

To hype the gig, they used Google Trends to determine the most searched Stephen King movie in each state.  Illinois’ favorite was IT (2017). Between Bozo and Pennywise, maybe we just love clowns around here…

2.  “IT” (2017):  8 states:  Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Utah

3.  “Misery”:  7 states:  Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Wisconsin

4.  “The Mist”:  7 states:  Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington
