103-year-old Sister Jean threw First Pitch for Cubs and they won!

Loyola‘s favorite 103-year-old fan still throws a mean pitch…

Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt took to Wrigley Field to throw the first pitch for the Cubs‘ game. Even adding in a wind-up, she tossed that ball to Cubs’ mascot Clark at home plate.

This is the second time she has thrown the first pitch at a Cubs game…

Seems like Sister Jean isn’t only a lucky charm for the Loyola Ramblers, the Chicago Cubs went on to win that game against the Philidelphia Phillies.

Chicago needs Sister Jean at more games!
