Christine McVie of Fleetwood Mac has passed away at the age of 79. The co-lead vocalist and keyboardist died peacefully at a hospital following a short illness.
Although not one of the band’s founders, McVie had been a member of Fleetwood Mac since 1970. For a short time, she was part of a duo with fellow FM band member, Lindsey Buckingham, in what they called Buckingham McVie.
