Someone bought Mick Fleetwood’s Wooden Balls for $128,000

One of the truly iconic pieces of classic rock memorabilia hit the auction block recently.  Somebody purchased Mick Fleetwood’s wooden balls from the cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Rumours” album for $128,000.

Items belonging to Fleetwood and his bandmates John McVie and the late Christine McVie were sold off over the weekend.

Christine’s swag included dresses, a Hammond B3 organ, an electric baby grand piano, a speaker, and microphones.  It brought in nearly $200,000 in all.  Not to be morbid, but her death may have helped drive up the prices.
