We HOPE our kids know what to do in an emergency…
Well, 9-year-old Aria Lamen from Aurora knew what to do and she ended up saving her mom’s life! When Aria’s mom, Caron, passed out, Aria didn’t panic: she called 911 and very clearly explained the situation to the call operator. She described her mother’s allergies and the medications Caron takes.
The City of Aurora recognized Aria’s bravery and actions during a city council meeting.
