The case of the ruby slippers caper is closed. A pair of ruby slippers that were reported stolen in 2005 from the Judy Garland Museum in Minnesota, have been recovered by the FBI. For almost 10 years the feds have been on the case. Now, the crimson kicks can return home; no heel clicks required.
