Yesterday was Groundhog Day and Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow this year, which means an early spring!

That would be good news… except, lately Phil has been wrong more often than he’s been right.  Over the past decade, he’s only predicted correctly 40% of the time.

Punxsutawney Phil has been predicting the weather since 1887 and this is only the 20th time he’s predicted early spring.

He’s seen his shadow and predicted a long winter 104 times. And 10 years of records are missing.
