After the success of “Invisible Man,” Universal has announced their next monster movie will be The Wolf Man. Ryan Gosling will star as the howling horror character. Gosling starred in The Notebook, Nice Guys and Drive.
This time, the film will feature Gosling as a TV anchor man who’s bitten bitten and turned into a werewolf. Lon Chaney Jr. played the titular character in the classic 1941 Wolf Man film and several other movies too (including my favorite monster movie, Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein).
