Vienna Beef is the first thing I think of when I think summer hotdog. Sad news for those who would frequent the Vienna Beef Factory Store and Cafe in Bucktown: they’re closing! Today is their last day and they’re running sales today through 3PM.
So, you can say goodbye to a Chicago staple and stock up on beef for the 4th of July weekend.
