This video went viral of pedestrians who claim to be trapped as a Chicago draw bridge went up. The group nonchalantly sits atop of the bridge as though this were intentional… Intentions or not, the Chicago Department of Transportation has come forward, calling the stunt “extremely reckless” and “potentially deadly.”
Not to mention, illegal. The crime is considered trespassing and police are searching for those in the video for arrest.
