DC Comics held a virtual convention over the weekend called, “DC Fandom,” where they released trailers for “Wonder Woman 1984” and“The Batman.” They also showed some footage from the new “Suicide Squad”, and teased THE ROCK in the “Black Adam” movie.
“Wonder Woman 1984,” will hit theaters on October 2nd, 2020. Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig and Pedro Pascal teased the sequel, which follows Gadot’s Diana Prince and Pine’s Steve Trevor reuniting in the 1980s.
We finally got our first look at footage from, “The Batman,” starring Robert Pattinson. It looks as gritty as the Christopher Nolan / Christian Bale trilogy. The Batman arrives October of NEXT YEAR…
They also unveiled some footage from James Gunn’s new “Suicide Squad“, starring Idris Elba, Nathan Fillion, John Cena, Pete Davidson, and, of course, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. It’s coming out next August.
DC revealed a first look at The Rock as “Black Adam“. For those who don’t know, Black Adam is the archenemy of Shazam, who got his own movie last year. That one isn’t coming out until December of 2021.
