The Cubs are having a great season this year and now have another reason to celebrate.  The team’s mascot, Clark The Cub, has been named the MLB‘s best mascot.

The title was granted to Clark by PlayUSA, who ranked all of the MLB mascots based on a survey of baseball fans.  Out of a 1-4 score, Clark almost got a 4, with only the Detroit Tigers‘ mascot, PAWS, trailing closely behind.

White Sox mascot, Southpaw, was actually toward the bottom of the list in the number 22 spot.  Way at the back in the number 27 spot was Cleveland Indians‘ mascot, Slider.
