Lakeview residents were baffled when a party bus crashed into 18 vehicles, including an ambulance. The 45-year-old Indiana Man that was behind the party bus wheel, Gregory Baldwin, is facing several misdemeanor charges and a possible felony for damage to government property.

A judge has already set Baldwin’s bond to $40,000, factoring in how close the incident took place to the Market Days festival which draws big crowds.
