WANTED: a guy running around on the Chicago West Side in handcuffs…
Police say that the escapee is 27-year-old Devin Revels. He was arrested in connection to a catalytic convert theft. Revels is 5-feet-11 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has a face tattoo… and might have handcuffs on his wrists.
Revels escaped out of the back of a police car. He kicked out the window and fled. He escaped into the woods south of the Columbus Park Golf Course.
If you see Revels, the Elmhurst Police Department asks you to call 911 immediately.
