Christmastime is around the corner and we’re already thinking of the great events. One of which have been a staple of Christmas for over the past two decades. Trans-Siberian Orchestra is once again going on tour in the wintertime. This time with another fantastic show with all of the best hits entitled, “The Ghost of Christmas Eve – The Best of TSO and More.” Dave and Kim had a chance to talk with Al Pitrelli, TSO’s guitarist who has been with the band since it’s inception, about the upcoming tour.
The 2023 TSO tour, “The Ghosts Of Christmas Eve – The Best of TSO & More”, promises a new and larger presentation of the beloved holiday tradition, “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve,” which has captured the hearts of multiple generations.
The show will include enduring fan favorites such as “Christmas Eve Sarajevo 12/24,” “O’ Come All Ye Faithful,” “Good King Joy,” “Christmas Canon,” “Music Box Blues,” “Promises To Keep,” and “This Christmas Day” among others. The tour will perform 104 concerts in 62 cities in 46 days. As they have in the past, TSO will donate at least $1 from every ticket sold to local charities. To date, they have distributed MORE THAN 18 MILLION DOLLARS to worthy charities throughout North America.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra will be in Chicago for two shows at the Allstate Arena on Thursday, December 28th. Presale tickets go on sale this Thursday, September 14th with the presale code “Ghosts23.” Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, September 15th at 10am.
