The Cubs didn’t have their best outing on Tuesday, getting beat by the D-Backs 5-1 and it came close to being a much worse game for one fan.

The hero of the day was…a POPCORN BUCKET!!

A metal pin from our classic scoreboard fell and hit the 19-year old guy in the head but the bucket he had on his head saved him from a worse injury.

Somewhere there is a woman who was rolling her eyes at the bro in a popcorn bucket acting like an idiot.

Turns out it was a great fashion choice.
